The Skating Club of Ice Land is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization that inspires and motivates a positive atmosphere and attitude in all regards of a skater’s life – both on and off the ice. SCIL, an affiliated club of USFS, is built on positivity, team building, family and friendships that will last a lifetime.

About Figure Skating Freestyle Camp 2024

Our summer figure skating camp accommodates all levels of freestyle skaters* through advanced competitive levels. All on -ice classes will be taught by our professional certified staff and will be divided by skill level. 4 hours of ice time daily with 1.5 hours of professional instruction on-ice and 1 to 1.5 hour of off-ice instructed activities! Skaters can use the extra ice time for practice and/or private lessons.

On-ice classes include jumps, spins, choreography, moves-in-the-field, stroking and ice dancing. Off-ice classes include hex jumps, stretching, yoga, basic ballet, off-ice jumps, positions and more!

Adults ONLY (18+) skating sessions, 7-10:30a, Monday, Wednesday and Friday! (Schedule changes in the summer due to camps. The schedule will always be updated online.) Looking for a leisurely stroll around the ice, chatter amongst friends, working on some skills at a slower pace without worrying about figure skaters knocking you over? About Adults ONLY Weekday Morning Sessions

Registration MUST be done online before going on the ice. Payments may be made monthly or for each session. There will be NO in person registrations.

• If a session needs to be canceled for any reason, you will be notified by email as early as we can. Any one-day sessions that are already paid for, can/will be used for a later date. If there is a tournament at the rink and a session cannot happen, it will NOT be on the calendar. Check the online calendar before heading to the rink.
• This is NOT a freestyle session! If you are an adult skater working on higher level jumps, this is not for you!
• There are NO refunds for ice purchased that you do not attend.
• Ice is purchased per day or per month. It is actually month to month, like for example, the entire month of October.

Morning Freestyle Sessions are open to any Figure Skaters wishing to skate in the early morning hours. Ice time MUST be paid before they get on the ice, and MUST be done online. Freestyle cards may NOT be used for our morning sessions. Sessions are paid for the entire session, not by the half hour. Skaters caught without making payment, will NOT be allowed to skate at Ice Land any longer, and result in Ice Land taking away the morning sessions. Interested in taking Private Lessons with one of our coaches at the rink? Lesson fees are paid to the coach directly before each lesson, and ice time fees are paid to the rink. Ice time fees are paid for ice time during the lesson, and before and/or after, if you wish to practice. Contact our Skating Director Jenn, for more information and to schedule your lessons!
