Summer Camps

Summer Camps at Ice Land

Summer camps are a go at Ice Land this year! We have set restrictions + limitations on each camp in accordance with the NJ Department of Health + the CDC.  Head over to each page to read more about how we are running our camps this year!  Camps are limited + first come first serve, so DON'T WAIT! You don't want to be waitlisted!

Learn-to-Skate Camp

Our Learn-to-Skate ice skating camp is designed for the complete beginner to pre-freestyle* (LTS USA levels) skater (age 4+) who wants to learn how to skate, discover and practice new and exciting skills both on and off the ice, make new friends and have fun! Beat the heat and join us at the 'coolest' camp in town!

Skaters will be busy all day - both on and off the ice - with many activities! We hope they learn to love the ice, just as much as we all do!

* Skaters Freestyle 1 and higher, will join our Figure Skating Camp! Pre-Freestyle may also, but it is up to each skater and how much time they wish to spend on the ice during camp. Message jenn@ice-land.com with any questions to help you decide!

Hockey Camp

Ice Land is proud to announce our annual Summer Hockey Camp with Chris Barcless. Each year we bring together the best coaching talent to provide a camp that always provides quality instruction in a fun and exciting setting. We offer the most innovative instruction, designed to meet the needs of today’s player.  Our full day Camp is open to players ages 6 - 14 at all skill levels. Our program emphasizes skill development and isolates individual weaknesses for improvement.

We use a low student to instructor ratio ensuring the best instruction possible. We continually analyze a student’s strengths and weaknesses, including all aspects from stick handling and shooting skills to strength and conditioning.
Each day the students improve existing skills, learn new skills and enjoy the game of hockey.

Our summer figure skating camp accommodates all levels of freestyle skaters* through advanced competitive levels. All on -ice classes will be taught by our professional certified staff and will be divided by skill level. Over 4 hours of ice time daily with 2 hours of professional instruction on-ice and 1 1/2 hours of off-ice instructed activities!

* Must be at least freestyle level 1 (LTS USA) or higher to participate in our freestyle camp, but we conveniently have our Learn-to-Skate camp the same weeks!

Rec + Learn-to-Play Camp

New for this year, Rec + Learn-to-Play level camp with Hockey Director Chris Barcless. Players will be on the ice most of the day learning skills, drills + game play. Players must already know how to skate and have a general knowledge of C-Cuts + Crossovers. Backward are a plus. This is NOT a Learn-to-Skate camp. We can't wait to continue to teach these kids all about the exciting world of hockey under the direction of Coach Barcless!
