Powerskating
Teaches
proper techniques to achieve a much faster, efficient skater.
Balance, speed, and agility will be the main focus for our daily
sessions. The more control you have on your edges, the better skater
you will be. It is very important to be able to control your body
and edges while trying to achieve maximum speed. We will teach you
how it is done.
Drills & Skills
Time
dedicated to stick/shoot/pass skills. To enhance your development as
a player, we have numerous devices to help. Bungee cords for skating
resistance, pull belts for stride & power, weighted pucks for stick
handling and shooting, target nets for accuracy shooting, and radar
gun for testing shooting speed.
Scrimmage
Game
situations to understand and learn the knowledge of the game.

Each
player will be able to watch their strengths & weaknesses on
recording.
